Refunds Policy

Gourmet Meals offers a money back guarantee if you are not absolutely satisfied with your first delivery. Just write to us within 7 days of receiving your first delivery, stating why you aren't happy and we will refund the cost of your first delivery to the amount of $59 which is the value of our minimum order requirement. Any other requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made over the phone by calling 1300 112 112.
